I think that your symptoms are related to arthritis rheumatoid.Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder that causes stiffness and pain in the joints.
To confirm the diagnose is necessary to do some examinations such as xray, ct scan etc
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Exercise. Regular exercise is one of the first steps you need to take to fight rheumatoid arthritis symptoms.
-Hot and Cold Compresses.
-Consume fish Oil.
-Consume turmeric.
-Consume apple Cider Vinegar.
-Consume garlic.
-Take your pain medication.
-Massage may also help.
